As Rodak also noted, that record was in place since 1970—November 29th, 1970 to be exact—when the Buffalo Bills lost to the Boston Patriots A large part of the record-setting day came courtesy of recently-released cornerback Phillip Gaines. Mike Rodak does the legwork again by noting that Gaines had 131 penalty yards on the season. The next highest player Youth Kyle Williams Jerseys , B.W. Believe it or not, the 163-yard game is tied for 31st place since 1960—when the Bills came on the NFL scene. First place goes to the Tennessee Titans with 212 penalty yards in one game. This record was set during the 1999 season where this particular Titans team didn’t have any sort of weird connection with the Buffalo Bills—a connection where we might still hold a grudge to this day because of an uncalled penalty. The arrest was based on two felony charges in what appears to be a pattern of behavior that is currently being viewed as a domestic violence incident.Roscoe Parrish is being charged with aggravated stalking under Florida criminal law 784.04(3). Florida defines this as occurring when; “A person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses Youth Doug Flutie Jerseys , or cyberstalks another person and makes a credible threat to that person commits the offense of aggravated stalking.” The additional description for this charge contains the phrase “domestic violence.” Parrish has also been charged under Florida criminal law 836.10, which prohibits written threats to kill or injure another person. This law includes all forms of written communication including electronic methods. Additional notes under this charge contain the word “intimidation.” Roscoe Parrish was brought to Broward County’s main jail in Fort Lauderdale. Bond was set at $100,000 which includes both charges. Update 8/14/19We now have more information on the nature of the charges against Parrish.New details from the Miami Herald indicate that Parrish was arrested in Fort Lauderdale stemming from a warrant issued in Miramar, Florida. Information from the warrant indicates that Roscoe Parrish began harassing his ex-girlfriend and her daughter after the couple separated in July of last year. In July 2019, Parrish’s ex-girlfriend began receiving handwritten notes at her apartment after blocking Parrish from other methods of communication. The warrant reports that a note on July 2 contained the message “You b---- haha I found you Doug Flutie Jerseys Stitched , from your ex.” Police were contacted but Parrish was not able to be immediately located. The notes continued.On July 27, the warrant details a message saying “You b------ don’t listen oh and make sure you tell your ugly ass daughter to watch out im [sic] coming for her haha, from your ex,” Per the warrant, the final message on July 28 stated “Ima kill your stupid ass daughter.”Parrish currently resides in Miami.
